Refund Policy

Trial fee ($1.00)
The trial fee pays for immediate access to digital content: your score, report and certificate. At checkout you expressly request that access immediately and acknowledge that, once your result has been shown, the fee is not refundable and the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to consumers in the UK and EU no longer applies to it. If a technical fault on our side prevents your result from being displayed, we refund the fee in full.
Renewal charges ($14.99 every 7 days)
- First renewal, goodwill refund: if you did not intend to continue after the trial, email us within 7 days of the first renewal charge and we refund it in full, provided the membership was not used during that renewal period. We do this so that nobody pays for a service they forgot to cancel.
- Later renewals: not refunded for partial periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, tell us within 14 days and we will review it.
- Charges after cancellation: if you are charged after cancelling through your account or the portal, we refund that charge in full.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Asking for a refund does not cancel your membership; use the cancellation portal for that.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve refund requests quickly, and a dispute takes longer for you and may result in your account being closed.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that you have under the consumer-protection law of the country where you live.
